With strong ties to Epic Games and active community engagement through our podcasts and panels, we’re a key player in the cloud streaming sphere. We’re based in Texas, USA, with overseas development operations in Bangladesh.

JOB REQUIREMENTS OVERVIEW

We are engaged with a technology that is innovative and not yet widely understood within the tech community. This often leads to the emergence of novel technical queries during our sales meetings. The ability to comprehend and respond to these technical questions is of paramount importance. Therefore, we believe an individual with a Computer Science or related background would be highly compatible with this role. If you are a fresher, do not have prior experience but you think you will be a good fit for this role. You are most welcome.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process of Eagle 3D, from initial client meetings to the successful handover of projects to our production and finance teams

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor real-time platform connections and activities such as subscriptions, project uploads, and account conversions.
  2. Actively engage in email outreach to maximize sign-ups and encourage platform adoption.
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring effective communication and swift rerouting of queries to the support team.
  4. Daily monitoring of payment collections, including tracking failed credit card transactions and following up to ensure successful payment completion.
  5. Manage and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection.
  6. Report on pay-per-minute data usage for accurate invoicing.
  7. Coordinate with client teams to gather and submit invoice information to the finance team.
  8. Work closely with the analytics and marketing teams to monitor and enhance signup metrics and subscription rates.
  9. Collect and analyze customer feedback, identifying at-risk customers to reduce churn rates and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  10. Rapidly collect, verify, and manage contact information including email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles for target groups.
  11. Identify and explore new customer niches independently and develop high-quality lists for outbound sales, podcasts, publications, speaking events, and platform research.
  12. Import, manage, and ensure the accuracy of these lists within various software tools, being accountable for the success of associated campaigns.
  13. Occasionally make phone calls to support sales efforts or for other engagement activities such as scheduling events or podcasts.
  14. Serve as a liaison to the sales team, providing validated data and insights to enhance outreach efforts.
  15. Regularly assess and optimize the strategies for data collection and utilization to improve overall campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and quickly adapt to company processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Experience with customer relationship management and financial tracking.
  • Proven experience in data collection, management, and verification.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying valuable data points and market opportunities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management or willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems like Stripe.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Proficiency in SEO principles and metrics or interest to learn.
  • Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Proven track record of improving data-driven marketing or sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with Python or has interest to learn will be a plus point.
  • Experience in 3D technology or related fields (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software, or a willingness to learn, analytical and database tools, such as Google Analytics
