Lance Van Nostrand
Lance is a visionary technologist with a passion for advancing interactive media. With experience from leadership roles at companies like Immersive Media and Kodak Research Labs, he has earned 4.5 patents and multiple industry accolades, including Emmy Awards. As a founding partner at XR Media Group and a key contributor at Digital Domain, Lance has delivered groundbreaking projects for the Olympics, X-Games, Redbull Rampage, and UFC.
Recently, Lance has focused on AR, VR, and pixel streaming within the previz and digital twin space. His notable achievements include leading the deployment of The March, a museum-quality VR reconstruction of Martin Luther King Jr. ‘s 1963 speech, and pioneering a live set extension and camera system for the Redbull Rampage 2021 broadcast.

Afternoon Session: Collaboration with VR Pixel Streaming
The afternoon session focuses on effective teamwork in a shared 3D environment. Learn how to enable real-time collaboration using pixel streaming, allowing team members to participate from their laptops or VR (Virtual Reality) setups. By the end of this session, you’ll have the tools and knowledge to enable multi-user functionality and pixel stream your build to a VR headset.

By Car:
If you’re driving, HKS is centrally located in downtown Dallas and parking is available at the paid garage (Paid by attendee) at 1919 Federal Street, Dallas. After parking, take the Skyway on the third floor to access HKS headquarters.
By Public Transportation:
If using Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), all four lines stop at St. Paul Station, directly in front of the One Dallas Center entrance. Exit the train, enter the building, and go to Suite 100.
By Rideshare drop off:
If using rideshare, get dropped off at 401 North Harwood Street. Walk through the small parking lot to the circular driveway by the office building. Enter the building and proceed to Suite 100.
