JOB REQUIREMENTS OVERVIEW
We are in search of a proactive and meticulous Data Research Specialist who excels in data collection, verification, and analysis to drive targeted outreach and company growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Rapidly collect, verify, and manage contact information including email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles for target groups.
- Identify and explore new customer niches independently and develop high-quality lists for outbound sales, podcasts, publications, speaking events, and platform research.
- Import, manage, and ensure the accuracy of these lists within various software tools, being accountable for the success of associated campaigns.
- Occasionally make phone calls to support sales efforts or for other engagement activities such as scheduling events or podcasts.
- Serve as a liaison to the sales team, providing validated data and insights to enhance outreach efforts.
- Regularly assess and optimize the strategies for data collection and utilization to improve overall campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data collection, management, and verification.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying valuable data points and market opportunities.
- Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- High level of proficiency with CRM software and database management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools and techniques.
- Proven track record of improving data-driven marketing or sales strategies.
- Familiarity with Python or has interest to learn will be a plus point
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and metrics.
