We’re based in Texas, USA, with overseas development operations in Bangladesh.
Job Summary:
Eagle 3D Streaming is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Technical Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple technical and operational projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management and technical development, with expertise in managing diverse teams and coordinating complex projects from conception through deployment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage resources, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive project success within established timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of project plans, timelines, and budgets for a variety of technical and business initiatives.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, allocate resources, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to guide project strategies, and research new technologies to boost efficiency and innovation.
- Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring high standards of quality, functionality, and user experience.
- Collaborate with developers and engineers to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting best practices in project management and development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage client and partner relationships, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or requirements.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and continuous learning.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, timelines, risk assessments, and user guides.
- Regularly update project status reports for senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.
- Create and maintain end-user documentation to support the deployment and usage of project deliverables.
- Monitor project performance against key metrics and make necessary adjustments to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and setting development goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in project management, preferably in a technical or software development environment or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies or willingness to learn.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in creating and managing project documentation and user guides.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, API integrations, and web development technologies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of data privacy and accuracy standards.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar).
