JOB REQUIREMENTS OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations and Finance Manager to oversee projects, manage resources, interface with clients, and collaborate closely with various teams. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of SaaS platforms, project management, and company operations. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Leading daily standups, planning, and establishing company OKRs and KPIs across finance, HR, Support, Marketing, and Sales.
- Monitoring company-wide expenses and revenue to ensure profitability, increasing subscriber numbers and ensuring monthly subscriptions lead to profitability.
- Coordinating project activities, developing project plans, ensuring their timely completion, and providing resources as needed.
- Responding to and rerouting team and customer requests as necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction with platform signup and use.
- Collaborating with the finance team to establish budgets, determine outstanding and paid amounts for each MRR, and establish the monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
- Creating comprehensive operational and procedural documentation for the team.
- Assisting with recruitment processes, sourcing, and onboarding new candidates.
- Resolving any issues that may impact project delivery or customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent project management and leadership skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects and operations
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and their operational and financial aspects
- Knowledge of API development and the ability to liaise effectively with technical teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with productivity and project management tools like Trello
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role in the gaming or software development industry
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
- Familiarity with financial processes, such as budgeting, cash flow management, and invoice management
