Job Description:
We are seeking a HubSpot Workflow Specialist for a contract role. The candidate will be integral to enhancing our platform’s user experience by setting up automated workflows in HubSpot.
Responsibilities:
- Workflow Setup: The specialist will set up workflows in HubSpot, including an automatic email system for new users who sign up on our platform.
- Event Management: The specialist will manage key user events and ensure an email is sent automatically at each stage:
- Event 1: User creates their trial account (an email will be sent)
- Event 2: User uploads their first project (an email will be sent)
- Event 3: 7-day trial expires (an email will be sent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Update API: Update the existing API to include additional fields such as full_name, email_address, date_time, first_time_signup, create_first_project, trial_expires, and business_list. This will allow us to send more comprehensive data to HubSpot.
- Create Dummy Endpoints: Create dummy endpoints for testing the implemented HubSpot Workflow. These endpoints will be used with Postman for testing purposes.
- Workflow Creation: Create workflows in HubSpot based on the project requirements. The specialist will set up workflows in HubSpot, including an automatic email system for new users who sign up on our platform.
- API Testing: Test the updated API with HubSpot using dummy data to ensure smooth operation of the workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with HubSpot, particularly in setting up and managing workflows
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and experience optimization
